The City Council of Lebrija informs that self-employed individuals in the municipality can apply until November 15 for the €3,000 incentives per vehicle from the Renove Vehicles Andalucía 2026 plan.
Self-employed individuals in Lebrija planning to renew their work vehicle now have more time to apply for the subsidy. The 2026 call for the Renove Vehicles Andalucía plan, promoted by the Andalusian Energy Agency, has extended the application deadline until November 15, 2026, unless it is concluded earlier by a resolution from the management of the agency.
The modification extending the deadline was published on September 18 in the Official Bulletin of the Junta de Andalucía (BOJA). The original call comes from the resolution dated March 12, 2026 and was modified by the resolution dated September 14, 2026, based on the order of March 6, 2026 which approved the regulatory bases.
The program is aimed at self-employed business owners who acquire an efficient vehicle, with emissions equal to or less than 120 grams of CO₂ per kilometre, and retire a more polluting vehicle from circulation. The aid is €3,000 per vehicle.
Eligible vehicles must be new, classified as passenger cars (M1) or vans (N1), and the operation must include the scrapping of another vehicle with a valid ITV. The purchase can be made directly or through financial leasing or renting; in the latter case, the vehicle can be registered in the name of the leasing company.
Acquisitions made from January 1, 2026, are also included in the call, provided they meet the other requirements of the bases. The vehicle being scrapped must be classified as M1 or N1, registered in Spain, at least ten years old, and have a valid ITV. The applicant must have been the owner of the vehicle at least since the day before the call was published.
Among the conditions to access the subsidy, the applicant must be registered in the Registry of Entrepreneurs, Professionals and Withholders of the State Agency for Tax Administration and have their tax domicile or a business establishment in Andalusia. Furthermore, the scrapping must have been processed as a definitive deregistration after December 31, 2025.
Applications are submitted electronically, directly by the self-employed beneficiary with a digital certificate, through the application provided by the Andalusian Energy Agency for the Renove 2026 plan. Vehicles and technologies already covered by the MOVES III electric mobility incentive programs for plug-in electric vehicles and fuel cells are excluded from these aids.
