Lebrija seeks coordinator for its Gardening Tandem with a one-year contract

The position involves coordinating and monitoring the working students, supervising their progress and performance, and ensuring that theoretical knowledge is applied in practice. The coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating the teaching and support team, planning theoretical and practical training, managing material resources, and controlling the delivery of training and documentation of the programme.

Other tasks include organizing the work of participants in associated public entities or the third sector, planning the training itinerary, scheduling complementary activities, and developing actions to promote job insertion, with contact with companies and institutions. Additionally, they will need to prepare technical and economic reports to justify the programme to the Administration and supervise hiring during the training phase in alternation with employment.

A university degree, Higher Technician qualification, or Intermediate Technician qualification is required for the position. It will be especially valued if the formal training belongs to the professional families of Biology, Environmental Sciences, Agricultural-Agronomy, Forestry-Mountains, or Agricultural Activities.
