The Nunsys group has completed the acquisition of the document management division of Esedeá Documental, strengthening its proposal in information solutions. This operation includes five custody centres in Valencia and Murcia.

The Valencian company Nunsys has acquired the document management unit of Esedeá Documental, as reported by expansion.com. This purchase aims to enhance its MPCS Unit, dedicated to printing services and managed content.

The acquired division has a track record of 13 years and a portfolio of over 150 clients, including major organisations such as Dragados and Aguas de Valencia. The operation includes five document custody centres in Valencia and Murcia, with a total area of 8,000 square metres housing 60,000 containers and more than 180,000 files.

The facilities are certified under the ISO 27:000 standard and ENS High Level, which enhances Nunsys's ability to offer secure and efficient services. Paco Gavilán, president of Nunsys, stated: "This incorporation represents another step in our growth and specialisation strategy."

For his part, Vicen Asensio, manager of Esedeá Documental, noted that the integration will provide new value opportunities for clients. Nunsys, founded in 2007, has nearly 3,000 professionals and a revenue of 305 million euros in 2025, reflecting an 18% growth compared to the previous year.
