Trade Republic has strengthened its catalogue in Spain by including funds from managers such as Azvalor, Cobas, and Magallanes. Investors will be able to access these funds from one euro, thus facilitating investment from the platform.

Trade Republic has taken an important step in its strategy in Spain by incorporating funds from prominent Spanish managers such as Azvalor, Cobas, and Magallanes, as reported by expansion.com. This inclusion complements its existing offering of ETFs, stocks, bonds, and investment funds.

For the first time, investors in Spain will be able to access the funds from these managers from just one euro, which reduces traditional entry barriers. Additionally, Trade Republic now allows its clients to transfer investments in funds from other entities to its platform without custody fees.

"With the incorporation of prominent Spanish managers and the possibility of external fund transfers, we greatly facilitate clients bringing their investments to Trade Republic and accessing funds they already know and trust," says Pablo López, head of the neobank for Spain.

The goal of Trade Republic is to eliminate friction when changing entities and offer more options to investors in one place. Furthermore, the neobank has redesigned its experience with Bizum and presents an improved interface to facilitate the management of everyday payments.

With these launches, Trade Republic aims to expand its business beyond investment, offering a wider range of savings and banking services. López highlights that Spain remains a priority for the company in 2026, aiming to reach three million customers in the country.

Currently, Trade Republic offers a 3.04% APR on unlimited cash balances for new clients and a 1% cashback on card payments. The entity operates under a banking license granted by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority of Germany.
