The Toledo Chamber of Commerce is participating until September 11 in the XV meeting of the Agro-Food Sector Group of the Enterprise Europe Network in Izmir (Turkey), where internationalization and innovation in the sector are being discussed.

The Toledo Chamber of Commerce has been participating since this Monday and until September 11 in the XV meeting of the Agro-Food Sector Group of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), taking place in Izmir (Turkey). The meeting gathers experts from 22 countries and is organized by the local node of the network, of which the Toledo Chamber has been an active member since 2013, according to camaratoledo.com.

During the sessions, attendees exchange experiences and best practices and analyze the trends shaping the evolution of the agro-food sector internationally. Among the scheduled activities is a training session on “The Chinese Market for the Agro-Food Sector”, aimed at delving into the characteristics and opportunities this market offers for European companies.

The program also includes an analysis of the Turkish agro-food sector, international business opportunities, agro-food innovation policies and programs, and the digitalization and transformation processes in the sector.

The participation of the Toledo Chamber in this sector group aims to strengthen collaboration with other European organizations and experts and to expand knowledge about markets, trends, and opportunities of interest for agro-food companies in the province of Toledo, especially in their innovation, cooperation, and internationalization processes.
