Edgar Suites has acquired a building on General Orá Street, 67, in the Salamanca District for €13.2 million. This project marks its fifth development in Spain since its arrival in 2025.
The company Edgar Suites, specialised in premium aparthotels, has announced the purchase of a building in the Salamanca District, on General Orá Street, 67, from the firm Mazabi. According to expansion.com, this operation is valued at €13.2 million, and represents a significant advance in its expansion in Spain.
With this acquisition, Edgar Suites adds its fifth project in the country, following its openings in Valencia and Málaga. The company aims to manage 4,000 rooms by 2030, and estimates that this new establishment will begin operations in March 2027.
The building, with a surface area of 1,479 square metres, will feature 29 rooms and capacity for 58 guests. The rooms will be equipped with a kitchen, air conditioning, and television, combining the comfort of an apartment with the standards of a luxury hotel.
In the development, Edgar Suites will also offer services such as a gym, laundry, bicycle parking, and personalised attention 24/7. The location in one of the most exclusive districts of Madrid aligns with its international growth strategy.
Casilda Mulliez, Expansion Director for Spain and Portugal at Edgar Suites, stated that this project represents a “new milestone in our international growth strategy,” strengthening the brand's presence in the Spanish capital.
