Moeve has redesigned its organisational structure to strengthen its green molecule strategy. The company will reduce its management committee to eight members and establish new operational areas to optimise its business approach.
Moeve has implemented changes to its operational model and management committee with the aim of accelerating the execution of its 'Positive Motion' strategy, as reported by Europa Press. This strategy is designed to drive new industrial projects related to green molecules and improve customer relations through multi-energy solutions.
Starting from 1 January 2027, the company will have a new management committee of eight members, replacing the current ten. This adjustment aims to increase agility in decision-making and optimise the value chain through coordinated resource management.
The new structure includes two key areas: Operations, which will be responsible for the efficient operation of industrial assets and project execution, and Commercial, which will handle customer relations and business strategies. The Operations area will be led by Robin Mooldijk, who will join the company on 1 October following his experience at Shell.
Meanwhile, José María Solana will head the Commercial area. The new organisation also incorporates a Trading and Optimization division, led by Alice Acuña, which will focus on optimising value chains through energy and chemical management.
Moeve's CEO, Maarten Wetselaar, has emphasised that this model will allow for better utilisation of the company's scale and specialisation, facilitating the execution of ambitious projects in green molecule production.
