The Official College of Administrative Managers of Castilla y León distinguishes the Chamber of Commerce of Valladolid in the year of its 140th anniversary. The president, Víctor A. Caramanzana, collected the award at the Palacio de Pimentel.

The Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Valladolid has received the Special Recognition from the Official College of Administrative Managers of Castilla y León in the year that the chamber entity celebrates 140 years. The award ceremony took place at a gala held at the Palacio de Pimentel, headquarters of the Diputación de Valladolid, as reported by the Chamber through its institutional publication.

The president of the Chamber, Víctor A. Caramanzana, was responsible for collecting the award. During his speech, he advocated for cooperation between institutions: "Institutions are not here to compete, but to cooperate," he stated, using the relationship between the Chamber and the College of Administrative Managers of Castilla y León as an example.

"Administrative managers are the first door that entrepreneurs and freelancers knock on; the second is probably the Chamber"

Caramanzana also highlighted the complementary role of both entities for the business fabric: "Administrative managers help companies in the present, and the Chamber also helps them build their future." The recognition is granted to the Chamber of Valladolid for its work in favour of businesses and business development during the year of its 140th anniversary.

The chamber president reviewed the history of the College of Administrative Managers, established in 1935 in Spain, and its adaptation to the political and technological changes that have transformed the profession. Regarding the current moment, he noted: "We are now immersed in the transformation that AI entails, but we must never forget that the focus of our work should be people."
