Velle Capital presents Aude, a platform aimed at financing real estate operations that do not fit into traditional channels. This initiative seeks to address auctions, assignment of bids, and occupied properties, with a financing goal of 50 million euros by 2027.
Velle Capital has launched Aude Alternative Lending with the purpose of offering credit for complex real estate operations that are not served by conventional financing channels, such as auctions and assignment of bids. According to expansion.com, this new platform will initially focus on financing companies and professionals.
Aude will provide financing not only for the purchase of illegally occupied properties but also to help owners recover part of their capital while the judicial situation is resolved. The platform is set to begin operations at the end of September, with expectations of reaching approximately 50 million euros in financing by 2027.
The initial capital comes from Velle Capital and private investors, including a Spanish family office related to former shareholders in the renewable energy sector. The operations that Aude will finance will have an average range of between 50,000 and 75,000 euros, although smaller or larger amounts will also be considered.
Félix Peralta, founder of Velle Capital and CEO of Aude, emphasized that there is a potential market of 2 billion euros related to this type of financing, which includes complex assets that are not openly traded. Peralta added that, despite the growing professionalization of the market, the supply of specialized credit remains scarce.
