Zanini Auto Grup, a Catalan manufacturer of automotive components, reports sales of 93.6 million euros in 2025. The company, based in Parets del Vallès, has seen a growth of 22% compared to the previous year, driven by its international activity.

This growth is a result of the expansion of its international subsidiaries and new engineering projects, as reported by expansion.com.
Of the total revenue, 61 million euros come from the community market, which has grown by nearly 40%. The Spanish market generated 30 million euros, while sales in non-EU countries reached 2 million euros.
Regarding profit, the company increased its figure by 31% to 11.7 million euros, thanks to the distribution of results from its subsidiaries. Of this amount, 8.7 million euros were allocated to voluntary reserves and 3 million euros were distributed as dividends.
Zanini specializes in the manufacture of embellishments for cars, such as hubcaps. Its production takes place in two plants in Parets del Vallès and another in Épila, Zaragoza. Additionally, it has production centers in Tennessee (United States), Querétaro (Mexico), Curitiba (Brazil), Changzhou (China), and Gujarat (India).
The year 2025 has been the first complete year following a shareholding restructuring in 2024, where shares from two branches of the Torras family were sold. Currently, Gertoca and Invercator control 60% and 40% of the capital, respectively.
In 2024, Zanini signed a syndicated financing contract of 81.5 million euros with Banco Santander and other entities, with maturities between 2028 and 2031.
