The Huelva County Development Commonwealth is running five Employment and Training Programmes (PEF) to improve the qualifications and job insertion of local residents. The new territorial Employment delegate, José María Mayo Luis, visited these resources in Bonares this Friday.

The Huelva County Development Commonwealth has five active Employment and Training Programmes (PEF) aimed at enhancing the employability and qualifications of unemployed individuals in the area. This was announced by the entity, which combines these resources with other initiatives such as Comprehensive Projects, Andalucía Orienta, and Professional Experiences for Employment (EPES), as reported by Huelva Información.

These programmes are developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Employment, Business and Self-Employment of the Junta de Andalucía and allow unemployed individuals from the County municipalities to access training, guidance, and support without leaving their area.

The manager of the Commonwealth, Adrián Moreno, noted that the experience of the technical team allows for the adaptation of actions to the real demands of the local job market. The entity works directly with citizens, businesses, and town councils to tailor the programmes to the needs of each municipality.

The new territorial delegate for Employment, Business and Self-Employment in Huelva, José María Mayo Luis, visited the Commonwealth's facilities in Bonares this Friday to understand how these resources function. During the meeting, Mayo advocated for collaboration between administrations to adapt public employment policies to each region.

"The generation of job opportunities is a tool to retain population and promote economic development in rural areas"

The Huelva County Development Commonwealth has a long history in managing employment policies in the area, with services ranging from training to job mediation with local businesses.
