The territorial delegate of Employment, Business and Self-Employment in Huelva, José María Mayo Luis, has visited the facilities of the Huelva County Development Commonwealth in Bonares to learn about the work carried out by the entity and the programmes it manages alongside the Ministry. The visit is part of the series of contacts that the delegate has maintained since his recent appointment, as reported by huelvared.com.
During the meeting, the manager of the Commonwealth and the technical staff presented the delegate with the main active lines of work. Among them are the five Employment and Training Programmes (PEF), Integral Projects, Andalucía Orienta, and the Professional Experiences for Employment (EPES) programme, as well as other initiatives linked to the Ministry of Employment.
The Commonwealth, based in Bonares, has extensive experience in managing employment policies, training, job guidance, integration, and support for unemployed individuals. This trajectory and its ability to bring public resources closer to the municipalities have made it a provincial benchmark in managing these programmes, allowing residents of the County to access guidance, training, support, and job integration services from their own territory.
Mayo Luis emphasised the importance of collaboration between administrations so that public employment policies respond to the real needs of each territory. He also pointed out the role of these policies in generating job and professional opportunities that allow people to remain in their municipalities, contributing to population retention and the economic and social development of rural areas.
"An experience that allows adapting the different programmes to the characteristics and needs of the local labour market," assured Adrián Moreno, manager of the Commonwealth.
Moreno highlighted the experience of the technical team and the knowledge accumulated over years of direct work with the public, businesses, and the municipalities of the County of Huelva.
