The Town Hall of Tomares and the Chamber of Commerce are organising a practical workshop on Tuesday, September 22, for entrepreneurs and merchants to create their own artificial intelligence assistant for sales. It will take place from 10:00 to 13:00 in the Plenary Hall.
Businesses and companies in Tomares have an appointment on Tuesday, September 22, to learn how to use artificial intelligence as a sales tool. The event, titled “How to Create an AI Assistant to Help You Sell More with Your Business”, will be held from 10:00 to 13:00 in the Plenary Hall of the Town Hall of Tomares, located at calle de la Fuente, 10.
The initiative is organised by the Chamber of Commerce of Seville and the Junta de Andalucía, with the collaboration of the Town Hall of Tomares and the Business Circle of Tomares (CIRE), and is part of the I Chamber Plan of Andalucía 2026-2028. The opening ceremony will feature the mayor, José María Soriano, and the president of CIRE, Mª Angeles Ponferrada.
The aim is for attendees to finish the session with an operational AI assistant, created on a free account without the need for installations or any cost. During the three-hour workshop, a quick diagnosis of each business's digital level will be addressed, along with the step-by-step creation of the assistant and its application to commercial tasks such as social media management, product sheet creation, customer responses, or writing descriptions.
The workshop will also focus on sustainability and leveraging what each business already does well, in order to communicate it without exaggeration. To ensure the tool is not left unused, a 21-Day Challenge will be proposed, with two microtasks sent weekly via WhatsApp, in addition to a 24/7 doubt channel available.
The programme will start at 10:00 with the institutional welcome, followed by a practical demonstration at 10:05, and will conclude with a discussion at 12:30 before finishing at 13:00.
