Furthermore, the gross operating result (EBITDA) has increased by **14.1%**, reaching **€57.6 million**.
The company has highlighted that these results reflect consolidated growth, driven by the strong performance of its online and retail businesses, as well as sustained improvements in profitability. At constant exchange rates, revenue growth would have reached **9%** and adjusted EBITDA **17%**.
In the retail segment, Codere achieved an adjusted EBITDA of **€197.6 million** in the last twelve months, representing an increase of **22.7%** compared to the previous year. This growth has been maintained for seven consecutive quarters, demonstrating the effectiveness of the optimization measures implemented by the company.
The online business has also shown notable progress, with an adjusted EBITDA of **€11.8 million**, **23%** more than in the same quarter of the previous year. The markets of **Argentina, Spain, Mexico** and the online business have been the main drivers of the group's growth and profitability.
As of the end of June, Codere maintained a strong financial position, with total cash of **€142.3 million**, comprising **€79.6 million** from the retail business and **€62.7 million** from Codere Online.
