Trebellar, specialised in the application of artificial intelligence to property management, has raised **$18 million** (€15.8 million) in a Series A round. This funding has been led by Blossom Capital, with participation from Haystack, Alt Capital, 1Flourish, and Bynd. Additionally, the Spanish fund Kfund is one of the company's previous investors, according to expansion.com.
The capital obtained will allow Trebellar to strengthen its engineering and sales teams, improve the capabilities of its AI platform, and accelerate the onboarding of new clients. Founded in San Francisco by Spanish entrepreneur Diego Ferreiro Val, the startup aims to transform a sector that still relies on traditional methods such as spreadsheets and external consultants.
Trebellar's solution aims to structure and centralise the vast information related to rental contracts, available spaces, and costs, providing real estate teams with an updated view of their assets. Currently, companies such as Uber, Meta, and Merck are already using this technology to manage their property assets.
Diego Ferreiro Val, CEO of Trebellar, commented: "We created this project to give those responsible for these areas the independence needed to make their own decisions, with the same speed and confidence that already exists in other parts of the business."
