The company, presenting itself as Sabático | Mediterranean Social Club, has launched an open call to fill positions for cooks, kitchen assistants, waiters for the dining area and bar, among other roles. In the video, the company emphasises that it is looking for people with "enthusiasm, attitude, teamwork, and the same excitement as us."
