The value of bitcoin has risen by 5%, once again reaching $80,000. This revaluation has been driven by the largest influx of investments in ETFs since January, with $730 million in a single day.

The bitcoin has recorded a revaluation of 5% and has surpassed $80,000, thanks to a notable increase in investments through ETFs. This information comes from the publication expansion.com.

Yesterday, US-listed bitcoin funds experienced net inflows of $730.9 million, approximately €630 million, the highest figure in nearly nine months. This investment flow was primarily concentrated in the IBIT fund, managed by BlackRock, which attracted $454 million.

The appetite for these ETFs intensified following the uncertainties raised by the Federal Reserve regarding its upcoming monetary policy decision, scheduled for September 16. Expectations for an interest rate hike have fluctuated, dropping from 70% to 50% in recent days, which has influenced the behaviour of bitcoin, an asset sensitive to interest rates.
