The workers from Albacete and Cádiz did not vote this Monday but have expressed their intention to adhere to the majority's result, indicating they will also continue with the mobilizations. In the vote, only **16.4%** were in favour of suspending the strike, with **2.4%** abstentions.
This decision comes in the context of the latest offer presented by the company, which includes the possibility of linking salaries to the real CPI and a recovery of purchasing power of **7.6%**. However, the implementation of these measures is contingent upon the immediate suspension of the strike by the unions.
Airbus has warned that the continuation of the strike is creating a “critical” situation for the company, receiving messages of concern from clients who require continuity in business. The company has expressed its commitment to reaching an agreement, hoping for future discussions.
